Kitty Hischier and Horacio Tubio are the owners and innkeepers of the Buena Vida Social Club Bed and Breakfast. They share their time between their home in Berkeley California, USA and El Bolson, Argentina. Kitty is a certified instuctor of Da Yen Qi Gong and graduated from the Wen Wu School of Martial Arts in El Cerrito, California.
She has been teaching Qi Gong at Casa Isis Holistic Center since 1997.
Kitty is a Berkeley native, Horacio is a native of Argentina. Horatio moved half way across the world and Kitty moved half way across town for them to find each other. They have worked together as artists since 1977 and have shown their work at the most prestigious art shows in the United States. Their latest artistic collaboration is the inn.
As residents of El Bolson, they know all the unique hiking spots, wonderful restaurants and the perfect shop to find that one-of-a-kind gift. They can also help you with travel arrangements and reservations.
